Date:
Tuesday, December 17, 2024 - 09:00

Event organised by Towards Sustainability.

When? Tuesday 17 December 2024, from 9:00 to 14:00

Where? TownHall Europe - 5 Square de Meeûs, 1000 Brussels

Theme: "Addressing Social and Labour Rights in Investment Policies"

While strides have been made, social and labour rights remain vulnerable globally. To explore this crucial topic, the Towards Sustainability Labelling Agency (CLA) is bringing together international financial and non-financial experts to review the latest developments and examine the financial sector's pivotal role. It will also showcase how asset managers are integrating human rights into their investment strategies and actively engaging with portfolio companies to uphold and advance these principles.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to connect with representatives from civil society, asset management, ESG fields, policymaking, and academia. Register to participate in an open dialogue, deepen your understanding, and exchange insights on stakeholder expectations and the financial sector’s role in advancing social and labour rights. The event is in-person but will also offer the possibility to attend remotely.

Please note this event is primarily aimed at human rights and sustainable finance experts.
